Contractor admin, kept in rhythm
JN Tempo is software for recruitment agencies and the teams that work with contractors. It brings timesheets, clock records, approvals, expenses, client purchase orders and billing preparation into one place, so the cycle of recording, approving and paying for work runs to a steady beat instead of a string of reminders.

Organisations that engage contractors directly and want one place for timesheets, approvals and expenses.

The people who check purchase order balances, prepare what contractors are owed and hand files to payroll or accounts.
From timesheet to billing
Each step is done by the person responsible for it, and each decision is recorded.
Step 1: Record
Contractors record hours and expenses against their placement and submit them.
Step 2: Approve
The manager assigned to the contractor approves, or returns the work with a reason.
Step 3: Allocate
Approved timesheets count towards the client purchase order that covers the placement.
Step 4: Prepare billing
Admins collect approved work into a billing run, with due dates and reminders from a schedule.
Step 5: Export
Excel, PDF or a Xero bill import file goes to your finance tools. Payments are made outside JN Tempo.
Roles and permissions
Admins
Run the organisation: people, assignments, placements, purchase orders, billing runs, exports and the subscription. You can have more than one.
Managers
Work only with the contractors assigned to them. For each purchase order, an admin gives them no access, view-only access, or update access. They can't manage people, billing or settings.
Contractors
Record and submit their own time and expenses, request clock corrections and see their own dashboard. They never see other people's records.
