What the price covers
Only contractors use capacity
The plan includes 20 contractor profiles, counting inactive ones. Managers and administrators don't use capacity, so you can invite as many as you need.
Every feature is in the plan
Purchase order tracking, contractor billing preparation, dashboards, custom reports and exports are all included. There are no feature add-ons.
Your subscription, not your payroll
Stripe charges your organisation for JN Tempo. Contractor billing in JN Tempo prepares what you owe your contractors and reminds you when it's due; it never sends money.
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Each new organisation gets 14 days of free access for up to 20 contractor accounts, with every feature included. You don't need a card to start. The trial begins when you verify your email and your organisation is created, and your dashboard shows exactly when it ends. There is one free trial per business.
What happens when the trial ends?
JN Tempo is locked for your organisation until an admin activates a subscription (£79 a month or £799 a year) from the Billing page. Your records aren't deleted when access is locked, and access returns as soon as Stripe confirms the subscription. We email your admins 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
What does the plan include?
The core plan costs £79 a month, or £799 a year billed annually, and includes 20 contractor accounts with every feature listed on this page.
What happens when we need more than 20 contractors?
Add contractor capacity in packs of 20 for £25 a month each. The extra capacity is available once the payment is confirmed, and you can add more packs as you grow.
Does JN Tempo pay our contractors?
No. JN Tempo prepares billing information: billing runs from approved timesheets, payment due dates, reminders and export files. Your organisation makes payments outside JN Tempo. Payment status is whatever an admin records, and JN Tempo doesn't check it with a bank.
Can we have more than one administrator?
Yes. An admin can invite other administrators by email at no extra cost. Administrators have full access, including subscription billing, and your organisation always keeps at least one active administrator.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and partial billing periods are not refunded, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
