TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT

By accessing or using JN Times you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. THE SERVICE

JN Times provides contractor timesheet, expense and placement management software on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • A 14-day free trial is offered; card collection may be deferred until the trial ends where supported by Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Contractor packs (additional 20 contractors) are charged at £24.99/month or £249/year
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

4. CONTRACTOR LIMITS

Your subscription includes 20 contractor accounts. Additional contractors require a Contractor Pack add-on. We enforce these limits technically and reserve the right to suspend accounts that circumvent them.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt to access other organisations' data, reverse engineer the software, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. DATA AND GDPR

You (the admin/organisation) are the data controller for your contractors' personal data. JN Labs is the data processor. See our Data Processing Agreement for full details.

7. AEGIS AI FEATURES

AI features (Aegis chat and AI Insights) are powered by the Aegis API, a JN Labs product (jnlabs.net). Use of these features sends contractor summaries and workforce data to Aegis for analysis. Data is processed securely and not shared with third parties. You may opt out by not using AI features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JN Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
